I was shopping at Costco and run into a demo stand of Amber Lyn chocolates.
I checked the label and, for the dark chocolate, listed 16g carbs, 0g sugar 12g Maltitol (10g fat, 7g sat fat, 140 cals) 2g net carbs.
Anyone tried those? Keto-friendly: Yay or nay?

I try to avoid chocolate with maltitol. It is probably the worst sugar alcohol out there and has a high glycemic index. I prefer chocolate sweetened with erythritol and/or stevia. I like Lily 's Sweets, ChocoPerfection and ChocoRite. I usually buy from Netrition.com but can also find ChocoRite at Walgreen's and Lily 's at a local grocery store. Netrition has a couple other brands that are maltitol-free as well.0

I think maltitol is one of the ones people tend to be sensitive to. Like all day in the bathroom sensitive.0
