100 grm. Rice flks ( we called them poha u can find them any indian stor) 2onion 1 patato, green peas1 cup1 tamato, 3 green chilly, fresh cotiender leaves,1 tablspon lime juce......cut onion finely and patato take a pan addlittle oil add 1 teaspon musterseed .and choped chilley than add onion ,patato, and peas add salt to tast turmtic powder cover the pan for 5 mn. Make sure the vegis is cooked than add choped amatos mix well add little red chilly powder than add pohas... ( soked in water and drain axtra wter before 1/2an hour to cook)cover for 5mn. Garnish with coriender add lime juce before eat....
