April - your shaving comment made me laugh because I'm the same way! I finally had to cave and shave as well. Mainly because it's now in the 80/90 degree range here and I'm starting to have to wear lighter clothes...that reveal my monstrously hairy legs.

Glad I'm not alone in the cleaning frenzy! I got the kids to help out and finally got everything put back. Our room isnt completely done because it's become the staging area for our garage sale stuff. I also need to go through our bedroom closets. But everything else is all done! That felt awesome!

Headed out for an hour bike ride, and I have a very quick swim this afternoon. Hoping it all goes well!

Have a great start to your week!

    LOVE today's threadstarter!!

Okay, so regarding shaving. I have really light/wispy/invisible-ish hair on my arms/legs, but with that said, I splurged for laser several years ago and my legs never have to be shaved now. Occasionally a rogue hair grows and I pluck it and eventually it'll give up too. Lol. However, at the same time, I did underarms and bikini, and it didn't "take" (but I don't have such light hair there) and unfortunately the laser place was not very good about it (they promised I'd have no hair after, and when I did, they wanted to charge me more sessions, which I refused...but I digress). Anyway, I guess it depends on the type of hair, but when it works, it's awesome and might also make a good "gift" for hitting a goal--just a thought.

Val, I agree it feels good to get organized! I got my closet in order and I feel like a new person!

Strange day today. Running for the bus, apparently I dropped my phone when lil girl fell down (had phone in pocket instead of bag in case DH called from airport). So I dropped them off and did an unplanned speed interval to try to get my phone. Apparently while I did that, son told tutor who called it and asked the cafe guy who found it to hold it. I didn't know they'd called, but I found it at the cafe by the the bus stop. Whew!

After that, I tried to run, but I normally run fasted (about 14hrs fasted) and slow, fat burning, but running fast to my phone had taken all my juice, so I felt slow and heavy, gave up and grabbed a burger! Lol!

So DH is back!! He brought me two new pairs of running shoes!! Eeeeeee! What a day!

    Gotta go, read yall later!

Before hiring my trainer I was getting my legs waxed during the winter months - the hair came back a little lighter every time and it took about 6 weeks before I had any visible hair, so I didn't have to go in very often since it had to grow out long enough to wax again. Now I have shorts or capris on year round because it's warm in the gym, so now I have to shave frequently. I have dark hair on my legs and my normally pale skin is currently "winter white" so the hair is super visible. I buy the Intuition razors with basically the big soap bar on the end so you don't need to use shaving cream - they're more expensive but it takes a fraction of the time.

I have a session with Jason tonight, then he's on vacation the rest of the week. I've been running on Mondays but this week I'm running Tuesday & Thursday instead. I joined a running group and the first two weeks they are meeting on Tuesdays, then will switch to Wednesdays for the remainder of the season. We don't have Pilates tomorrow so I'll go for the first group run, will have homework from Jason to do on Wednesday, and then will run Thursday since Jason is gone.

Wow I love all the cleaning comments because with moving I am in the middle of clean/throw away/organize...

I am reading this book about the Japenese art of decluttering...yes lol but I needed all the motivation I could get. I am like who ever said that they are willing to get rid of stuff but hubby is a hoarder, that is Mike and me.

I have literally thrown away boxes and boxes and he has so much he hasn't a clue. He actually ordered a huge garbage container to clean the garage. I am wondering since he can't seem to part with his stuff if he is planning to throw all of mine away!! :#

Was reading chapter on clothes today while slow at work. She says about everything not just clothes that you should keep only what gives you joy.

So i have this pile of skinny clothes that no matter how many times I sort clothes I keep and I find all sorts of reasons. I just decided that this time they will go. Keeping them after 14 years of not fitting into them is just making me feel bad. If I ever get down to that weight again, I will treat myself to all new ones! The clothes are for a weight that I am not even sure is healthy for me.
