Hi everyone. I hope you're doing well today! I did day 4 this morning, Cardio Recovery, and while I know people complain that it doesn't feel like you're doing much, I loved it. I could almost feel my body getting stronger, as I often do when I do yoga and those damn tree and russian dancer poses (those on which you are balancing on one leg...ouch!).

I have found it really inspirational as I have been reading it the last few days, and this group (and MFP in general) is all about support, I wanted to share this in case you hadn't seen it.

Message me if you want to talk to a random person about your issues and struggles - sometimes it's hard for me to talk to people I know really well because they feel pressured to tell me I'm beautiful no matter what. I am, but I need coaching and support for my goals, not someone to tell me I don't need them!
