1/2 k.g. speenich 250g.m. cottag cheez ( paneer) find on any inan store cut speenich and boil it for 10 mn. And blend it make pure 4 tamato pure, 2 onion choped ,green chillys, ginger, garlic paste frist heat a deep pan add 2 tablespon oil and add onions stir it until it become golden brown thn add garlic ginger paste make tis little brown not too much dark now add some red chilly powder, turmric powder, and salt to taste mix all well thn put tamato pure and mix all verry well and coover pan on slow heat for 7 mn. Than add spinich pure now mix agin and live more five mn. All aromas go into spenich at latst add cut the cubes of cottage chees ( paneer) cover for 3 mn. And its reddy to hv with bred ......
