I'm really struggling with nursing my 5 month old, and keeping my milk supply up, and staying losing weight, working out, eating well.
It's a fine balance of calories and maintaining my milk supply. It seems that if I eat a ton, I have a ton of milk, and my baby is hungry when I'm staying in my calorie range.
I feel like I just can't get it right.
I know feeding my child is the most important thing- but I have so much weight to lose. And I know how to do it.
It's just frustrating.

Sorry you are frustrated. It's been a long time since I nursed, and I didn't think too much about my calories at that time. Which I guess I should have since my baby just turned 17, and I still have the baby weight (plus 50 lbs).
Does it help if you drink lots of water?0 -
I do drink a lot of water. And I'm sure that helps.
I prob need to just chill out and be patient with my weightloss! Lol
I think I just need to tweak my calories to 2200 instead of 2000 or so. 2000 is working great for weightloss but I notice my milk supply going down after consistently staying at that limit for more than a few days0
