My word ... This one was rough for me. It's like she took every movement I've struggled with over the past 10 weeks and packed them all into one session. Crab kicks, weighted lunge jumps, and oodles of planks, down dogs, and push-ups. So glad I made it to the end! Is it just me or was this a beast?

I didn't think it was to bad! Probably because I was envisioning the worst I was proud of how much I could do.
Although the scorpion push ups were a new level of torture.0 -
I had to modify a lot! But otherwise hard but doable. Two more weeks!0
