Hi, I've just upped my calories again to 2168 which is TDEE-10%. It's only day 2, but I feel stuffed all the time! It's great in that I'm not hungry at all, but is it right to eat that much if I'm so full? I'm guessing as my body gets used to it I'll start to feel hunger soon and wonder how I managed before....am I right?

Hi, just replied to your newsfeed post too. Yes, you'll get hungrier as you increase and your metabolism increases as it's using the increased calories - and this is a great sign. You can increase slower too, to give your body time to adjust. You don't have to jump up all at once. You're adding a lot more activity with the running now, so you've got to increase your calories too, otherwise you will plateau just like you were before you increased your calories the last time. Give it a few days and you'll feel more adjusted. :)

I've been adjusting but felt super stuffed at first. A couple of weeks ago, I felt stuffed eating 1900 and yesterday ate 2800 no problem :o
I havent been hungry in a couple of weeks bc to eat my calorie goal, I have to eat all day long. Healthier that way anyway I think.
I'll let you know if my hunger increases at all!
You've been doing great btw! Way to go for another increase.
