activity level?

175 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week, desk job, clean on days off and look after 3 small children. i would have thought light to moderate activity maybe? this calculates calorie allowance at 1765 -1899? at 15% deficit

I'd put yourself between the two levels and see what happens. It's only numbers and averages so you never know which will work best. If you start losing a lot of weight (for ex. if you have to lose 15 lb and you lose more than 1/2 lb a week), eat more. If you aren't losing enough (you have to lose that 15 lb and you aren't losing after 4 weeks or so, eat a bit less).0

i have set my goal to 1400 and have been eating between 1400 and 1800 this seems to be working i lost .5lbs this week! thanks!0
