I have decided to do another round of Piyo. You know when you really enjoy a program and it's your soul workout? Well this one is it for me. I feel my strength and flexibility coming back and I love it. How have your workouts been this week? How has your nutrition been? Is there anything I can help you with?

I am going to curves just to kick start me and have done well but I am winding down and will be packing up soon and heading home.0

So happy to hear you have been going to curves and it's helping you. I love to mix things up too. The weather here is starting to warm up so my dog and I go on walks. I love being outdoors when it's like this.0

I am going to start the PiYo up again and be determined to stick with it. I need to work on my flexibility and can see how much you can lose that when you don't do it regularly.0
