This is my second thread about these, because I love them so much lol.

If you know me, or read my diary, I am NOT a veggie eater. Unless theyre drowned in ranch. Im working on it! I made these last night and was pleasantly surprised. They are actually pretty yummy, I needed garlic on mine but I put a little onion powder and it worked. Generally pretty easy to make too! What took the longest was mincing the cauliflower honestly, ive never worked with cauliflower before so I didn't know what to expect.

I made tater tots out of cauliflower, and they weren't horrible. Rating 7/10

Lol I see people teasing in the forums sometimes about replacing things with cauliflower, which I get why. Why have cauliflower tots when you can have normal tater tots? Someone commented on my other post about them and said the perfect thing. "Don't think about them as a replacement for tater tots, think about them as a creative way to get veggies in for someone who finds that difficult." Which is so true.

This sounds a lot like Cauliflower Patties that are lightly sautéed in a pan. The cauliflower is put in a food processor raw and pulsed into crumbles. Mixed with the rest of the ingredients and formed into patties. I'll have to look up the recipe when I back out of here. Made it once and was very tasty. Even my picky one liked them!

I tried making a different recipe once and they totally fell apart. Will try to modify this one for my needs and see how it works. Glad you liked them! I use cauliflower for a lot of things, including a rice substitute.

I made these with dinner last week. They were delicious. Instead of cooking and 'ricing' the cauliflower, this recipe just dips the cauliflower florets in the egg mixture and then into seasoned breadcrumbs (or whatever your favorite breading substitute). My husband and I ate these up!
