Rest Days!

Why should you take a rest day? You should take a rest day when your body is telling you to. Listen to the signs of your body. If you are dragging through a workout and just going through the motions then it's important to just rest that day. If your muscles are sore then take a rest day. Why? Because you could risk injury otherwise.

My rest day is Sunday? What is yours? It doesn't have to be one day, but can be two.
