    I started trying to lose weight (yet again) last June, but I have only been on MFP since January 2015. I just broke the 20lb loss a few days ago. Today I was checking back when it hit me that I have actually lost 30 lbs in total. I have to say that it has been much easier to stay on track with so many supportive friends. My days of yoyo dieting are firmly in the past. It is over 15 years since I was this weight and it feels fantastic. Can't wait to drop the next 10 lbs. :smiley:

    Way to go @TerriRichardson112 you should feel so proud of yourself. Nothing feels better then finally realizing that "you got this" and that you will achieve your goals. The lowest in 15 years? Truly impressive :smile:

    I'm here! 33lbs down since mfp ( 55 in total !!! ). I'm tracking my mfp loss so here I am!! We are all crushing it, who's coming to 40lbs down?!!
