    I hit 50 pounds lost on February 24, 2015. This was a huge step for me. I have since lost 7 more pounds getting me to the halfway mark of my overall goal!! I am fairly certain I could not have done this without MFP and the people I have encountered along the way. The message boards and the groups I belong to have motivated me, pushed me and advised me in such a way that I am really doing it!! It feels great and I can't wait to see what all life has in store for me when I get to my goal!
