Weight Loss
Losing weight is all about being in a caloric deficit, which occurs when a person is using more energy then they are taking in. For optimal results the calories that are being consumed will be from healthy foods. Everyone will create a different deficit that works for their body, but the first step is to get into the habit of recording all the food that is being consumed. Once that habit is in full motion, then start to reduce the calories each week. Start slow, 100 calories and then increase the amount based on weekly progress. Rushing this process will not make it easier or help with results; the human body adapts, so increasing the deficit to quickly will leave you hanging with the last couple pounds.
