After the instructor killed my arms and upper body at water aerobics, I was so happy to discover day 6 was an abs workout. I completed 2 sets of 15 reps.

DAY 1 ~ Arms, Chest, Shoulder & Abs - Done
DAY 2 ~ Legs, Buttocks, Calves & Abs - Done
DAY 3 ~ Arms, Chest, Back & Shoulders - Done
DAY 4 ~ Legs, Buttocks, Inner Thighs, Calves & Abs - Done
DAY 5 ~ Arms, Chest, Back, Shoulder & Abs - Done
DAY 6 ~ Abdominal Workout - Done
DAY 7 ~ Light Day, Stretching The Whole Body
DAY 8 ~ Arms, Chest, Back & Shoulders
DAY 9 ~ Legs, Buttocks, Calves & Legs
DAY 10 ~ Arms, Chest, Back & Shoulders

    Ball Crunch – 20/20
    Ball Crunch – Legs Elevated – 20/20
    Ball Side Crunch – 20/20
    Ball Jacknife – 13 – Too awkward. Second set, I switched it to the leg raise from day 2 - 14.
    Ball Bridge T Fall-Off – 20/13 (Started feeling motion sick. Don't know if I still just had too much food in my system.)
    Abs #1 – Back Roll (Ball) – 1/1
