That's what I was asked at church camp when one of my friends compared me last year, stuck in my little shell & having issues with large crowds and noise and people, to this year.

    She was honestly curious, because that was a structured environment in which she could see a huge difference.

    The funny thing is, she's the one who referred me to the chiropractor who deals with food intolerances and got me off the stuff I can't have!
