    I haven't lost 20 lbs, but I have lost 10.... I"ll take it!! One more week till Easter... maybe IO can lose another 2 or 3

    3/30: 178 I gained a few pounds. I think today it's just water weight.
    I might have to increase my exercise to get back to losing again. I started doing 3 to 4 days of strength training a week. The same day I do 30 mins of some form of cardio. Then on the three days I work I do yoga before work. I think it's all the snacking. I eat out a few times but I watched what I eat. I know I went over my calorie count twice this week. It's frustrating but I'm not going to give up.

    I'm still stuck at 156. I've been going out more on the weekends than usual, though, so I am pretty sure I have 1-2 pounds of bloat/water weight.

    I have lost a full inch from my hips in the past month, and my old "fat pants" now fit very well, so I am doing something right!
