I haven't lost 20 lbs, but I have lost 10.... I"ll take it!! One more week till Easter... maybe IO can lose another 2 or 30

3/30: 178 I gained a few pounds. I think today it's just water weight.
I might have to increase my exercise to get back to losing again. I started doing 3 to 4 days of strength training a week. The same day I do 30 mins of some form of cardio. Then on the three days I work I do yoga before work. I think it's all the snacking. I eat out a few times but I watched what I eat. I know I went over my calorie count twice this week. It's frustrating but I'm not going to give up.0 -
I'm still stuck at 156. I've been going out more on the weekends than usual, though, so I am pretty sure I have 1-2 pounds of bloat/water weight.
I have lost a full inch from my hips in the past month, and my old "fat pants" now fit very well, so I am doing something right!0 -
