17 Day Diet meals

Hi all!
Have just started the 17 Day diet plan. Very excited about it.
Am now coming to the end of my 2nd day.
Although I am curious ot know how everyone else goes in eating the natural low fat yoghurt? I am struggling to stomach it.
Any ideas to make it less unpleasant?

    Add a bit of Truvia and fruit or some sugar free jam. I like to mix plain Greek yogurt, a touch of vanilla extract, a little Splenda (or whatever), and some cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice -- tastes like a sugar cookie! People on other websites suggested using unsweetened cocoa powder, too, but I haven't tried that.

    I'm on day 2. I've been hungry. I need more protein. But worse, is the craving for a sweet after dinner. You saved my bacon with the stevia/cinnamon idea. Put that in my kefir and my sweet tooth is satisfied. Thank you!

    I'm just finishing day 2 as well. I need to go shopping so have just used fruit low f:laugh: :smile: at yogurt so far :) I have had a terrible headache all day. .apparently it's sugar withdrawl, so a good sign I guess! Nice to see some others on the same day.
