redoing couch to 10K right now

I orginally did C25k in 2008 (while on WW). Made me a runner for the first time in my life @37 yrs old. After I graduated I did a 5 k and then 4 months later my first half! I went on to do two more half's. Then I stepped wrong and got very hurt. Or something did the ortho didn't know. But fast forward add 50 lbs more from my first half and a rough winter where I didn't run so I am redoing run 10 K (which I did one other time to get back into running an hour).
I am redoing it to make sure I don't hurt myself.
I just finished week 6 day 2 (10 x 3 mins jog and walk for 2) this am. And started MFP this week. I would love to connect with people esp late bloomer runners or late bloomer runners who are returning to running.
I am also interested in connecting with people who are planning on training for 10 k or half after c25k. I find training helps me get out of bed in the am to go running.
