Dearest friends- I made the most kick *kitten* dinner last night!!! I didn't take any pictures, because who has time to pull out the camera when you're dying from deliciousness.... but here are the recipes:
Magical Tahini Sauce:
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and purée until smooth.
2. Allow the flavors to meld about 10 minutes before eating. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
I can't say enough about this sauce. It was delicious! Lemony and savory and decadent... this recipe makes enough for six people, 2 T. each
Turkey meatballs:
1.5 Lb ground turkey
2 T. dried basil
2 eggs
1 T. chopped garlic
Mix, ball, sear and finish in 300 degree oven for 20 minutes. Devour. (Makes three servings)
Roasted Aspargus: (For one)
7 aspargus spears
1 T. avocado oil
sea salt
Mix, roast in 300 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Nutritionally:

Let me know if you try any of these- my family has already requested a repeat!

Could you let us know what order your nutritional columns are in?
I rearranged mine and can't remember the default.

Calories -> Fat -> Carbs -> Protein is what I think I figured out on hers. I *THINK* the last column is sodium.0
