A friend gave this to me and I thought you guys might get a kick out of it too. Its fun to think of weight lost as something real! Enjoy!

How much have you lost??

1 lb = a Guinea Pig
1.5 lbs = a dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts
2 lbs = a rack of baby back ribs
3 lbs = an average human brain
4 lbs = an ostrich egg
5 lbs = a Chihuahua

    I'll take the first 8 which add up to my 38lbs lost
