Hi Everyone! I'm just starting out on my Keto journey, and would love some recommendations from more experienced keto'ers about where to get reliable info. I'm reading Jimmy Moore's book Keto Clarity and have been watching Stephanie Person's youtube channel. I came into this while learning more about paleo/primal eating, and love the way I'm feeling eatting fewer carbs. I'm curious about ketosis though, and haven't experienced that yet (I don't think so at least! ) I have hypoglycemia and want to keep my blood sugar levels stable. I used to faint when I was younger when my levels dropped too low! With a family history of diabetes and heart issues, my hope is that I'll be able to avoid the family tradition through proper nutrition. Anyway, what do you all think? What resources would you recommend? Thank you all in advance!

Just my opinions:
The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living by Phinney and Volek is a great book. It can get a little heady, but its packed full of all kinds of information.
If your athletic, they also have The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance.
I also liked Why We Get Fat and What To Do About It and Good Calories Bad Calories by Gary Taubes.
reddit is good. I could read on there for days on end.

The eating academy is an interesting site - Dr. Peter Attia

If you want to learn at all about intermittent fasting (might not be for you if you are hypoglycemic - i have no clue), lean gains is a great place to start

Mark's Daily Apple is also a decent site.

and ruled.me

I also like reading Chris Kresser and Stephan Guyenet
Its like panning for gold...you have to sift through a lot of dirt, maybe use a few different tools in combination...to find the nuggets that matter.0 -

Yes, those are all good resources. I also like the Diet Doctor's site. He has a good guide on LCHF for beginners:

Thank you so much! These are great resources. I'm familiar with Mark's site from my primal reading, so I'm glad to see it recommended. I know he's not specifically keto, but he posts some yummy recipes! I'm looking forward to diving into the rest of these0
