Hello

New here, just wanted to introduce my self. I have about 20lbs to go and am hoping to find motivation. I tend to do ok for a few weeks then fizzle, and the repeat the cycle. I want to official hit my goal and maintain :).

    Welcome! Hopefully this is step one of many towards your goal weight! What's your current strategy, and how does it differ from the other times you've tried to lose? Or, if it's the same plan, what is different about now that will make it work? Cheers!
