So I noticed that a lot of my EM2WL friends enter in 1 calorie burned with their activity -- why is this? Just curious...

    So that it doesn't mess with their macros I believe.

    I'd suggest if you want your friends to still see your workouts - just make a post about it with more details, see my profile for examples.

    I find very few actually use the exercise diary in MFP anyway, and with logging 1 calorie, it's merely showing time anyway, so incomplete stats.

    Just make the same note as your post in your Exercise diary notes section.
