hello again. last mfp heard, i was doing an egg fast, well, i went a bit berserk, fell off the wagon...hard, gaining the weight back, and THEN a few. so im here, humbly seeking support once again, mentally strapped on.

    thanks it feels super great. :) not many problems with flu symptoms, in great spirits. :) eager to be a part of the community in a positive way again. :)
