    I would like to be involved in the group for some type of accountability. My hours are so irratic that I do not know where else to turn for some type of support. Help!

    I work long hours so I use my iPhone app mostly but I just started using these message boards...I'm scheduled for my surgery in March and I've lost 50lbs so far and I will start my "3 week diet" in about a month so I'm wondering how much should I expect to loose if I weigh 300lbs now?

    I weighed 305 and I have lost 53 pounds since my surgery on 11/11/13. But you may lose more.
