Hey guys - me again I have a question for you all.... I bought the EM2WL STrength Training manual and have been toying around with doing the program. Right now I took a mini hiatus from lifting and think next week I might just take the week off from exercise all the way around (haven't had a rest week in awhile) but am thinking I might do the 12 week program in the manual. However, I am wondering if you guys have any input for alternatives for back squats? My hip mobility is just not there for being able to deep squat (I barely make it to parallel) so I was wondering if it might be best to substitute something for that? I am not working with a trainer right now due to cost (single income, SAHM... you know). I have been lifting but toying around with various programs to get a feel for the weight room. I would love any input you guys have! Thanks!!

Parallel is fine actually, if possible.
Front squats can work sometimes with lack of hip mobility because back is much more upright, so not as much bend in hips.0 -
My trainer has be doing goblet squats if that helps?0
