Anyone ever try this? I just downloaded sample menus. You pick what type of foods- I chose whole foods- and they do all the work. I got a sample of five meals. I try to plan out freezer stuff but this is so organized. Gives you a shopping list, prep info, cooking , thawing and labels for the containers I wonder if it is worth the join up price. Thinking of splitting with my friend

I have never tried that service but I do freezer cooking. The cookbook "don't panic dinners in the freezer" is great! It has all kinds of yummy meals (not just casseroles) and even gives you all the nutrition info for easy logging with MFP. You would have to build you own shopping list but then you also get to pick what you are eating. The book is $10 and the meals are set up to be $5 or less per family meal (4-6 servings)
