Does anyone take body measurements? I started taking measurements right before my surgery. I'm happy to say I've lost 44.75 inches on my body!!

I am taking measurements every first of month. At least you can see more than what the scale says. Congrats on your loss that is great.0

Like Hildabean, I take measurements, including recording my BMI and taking photos on the first of every month. It really reinforces the progress I'm making.0
