Customer service at JMBR

I have ordered the DVD's on May 11th and I have yet to get it. Every time I email them they tell me that I have to wait longer because I live in Canada... It's going to be a month soon! I am so anxious to start!!! Anyone else have trouble with their customer service??? Or took long to get their DVDS?? I odered directly from her site.

yep and so have others, so we ended up ordering from amazon. It's actually a little cheaper on amazon anyway0

I looked at Amazon before ordering and it was more expensive...I am from Canada... I am just so frustrated. I will email them again on Monday as it will be exactly 4 weeks since they said they sent it. What awful customer service. And the tracking doesn't work because I am from Canada is what they told me ... then fix it!0

that is a bunch of crap!!! I would love to tell you that it is worth the wait - cuz it is, but that is ridiculous!! I hope you get it soon0

It sure is... I can't wait to start... I was so anxious to get it but now I am so frustrated just want to tell them to keep their $$ and shove it where the sun don't shine... I ordered runners for my son's girlfriend from the US LAST week and got them YESTERDAY! So they can't give me the crap that it's because I am from Canada... 4 weeks is ridiculous.0

I started Monday... (June 10th... ) I can't wait to see some changes... Yesterday was Workout 2.. thought it was too easy until I got up this morning. OYE!!!!0
