vitamins/supplements

What vitamins or supplements, if any, do you take?
I currently drink coconut oil, and I take a multivitamin, fish oil, and b12. Wondering if I need anything else.

    enough magnesium, and make sure you are getting at least 2g sodium/day ( some say 5g). I have to drink bouillon cube in water every day.

    i take these:

    carlson super 2 daily (a really good multi)
    carlson fish oil gems (cod liver mostly)
    prescript assist (probiotics)
    natural calm (mag. citrate)

    i also take an extra tsp. of redmonds real salt in water (i make a keto lemonade with water, lemon juice & mag citrate) addition to salting my food.

    i add in other probiotics like raw sauerkraut & coconut kefir in a regular basis.

    also eat lots of avocado, spinach, sardines & sea vegetables for added potassium.

    bone broth several times a week.

    oh, and i do eat lots of coconut oil, but i am going to start experimenting with adding in mct oil.

    i also regularly drink chamomile, tulsi, greek mountain and licorice root tea (decoctions) to soothe my nerves and support my adrenals.
