90% dark chocolate! 1 square does wonders if I can fit it in my daily carbs. I love fat bombs and enjoy them a lot!

Cream cheese with a little bit of stevia sprinkled on it.

Made this concoction today. Coconut oil melted then mixed with cocoa powder and unsweetened coconut and a couple packets of stevia. Kinda weird but just a small piece hits the spot!

A tablespoon of peanut butter with half to one teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder mixed in. What can I say? I'm too lazy to make any of these fabulous keto desserts you all post....

I spoon a bit of almond butter into a container of unsweetened shredded coconut and dark chocolate chips. I roll it around until it isn't sticky. You can keep the balls in the refrigerator if you have the self control to not eat too many. Otherwise, a stick of sugar free gum - if you can tolerate the fake sugar.

Strawberry with whipped cream. The less you feed the cravings, though, I suspect the less of them you'll have. :)

Eat some fat. Seriously. A spoonful of butter or cream. Gone. I've not had any for a few weeks now.

My daughter makes us peanut butter cups. Mix natural peanut butter with stevia sweetened vanilla whey protein powder and some butter. Spoon that into small molds and put in the freezer to harden. Melt some unsweetened chocolate, coconut oil and a bit of sweetener, and pour a bit over the frozen peanut butter in the molds. Return to the freezer. We keep them in the freezer so we don;t eat them all at once. Even one will satisfy me. I never want to go over in my carbs these days, so don't want to eat too many. We also don't make them very sweet, so we don't end up craving more.
