Feeling faint and REALLY dizzy. Is this part of Keto flu?

Lately I've been feeling very faint and very dizzy. When I move around or look up and down (even just slightly). Is that a normal part of the keto flu and my body adjusting to this way of eating?

Might be low blood sugar. You may need more salt.

Sorry, that should say low blood pressure.

Aishlynn, you need salt! You need more salt than on any other type of diet, because all the water we drink flushes out a lot of sodium. I recommend beef or chicken broth. Although in a pinch some pickle juice would work too.

Definitely low blood pressure. Eat salt, lots of salt. My doc recommends 4-5 GRAMS of sodium per day to combat low blood pressure.

I'm glad you asked this question! I was feeling lightheaded the other day too. More salt it is!
