So I started my shred today and I'm embarrassed to say I actually had problems with it :( I have serious issues with my ankles and alot of the jumping jacks (probably the easiest exercise lol) gave me big problems. I substituted them with other things to at least keep moving until I can figure out a way to take the pressure off my ankles. Anyone have any ideas? Or do you think this will negatively affect my weight loss

Don't feel embarrassed! Jumping jacks, butt kicks, and jump rope causes stress on the ankles. I would certainly modify so that you reduce as much joint pain as possible. I would try doing only half of each given exercise (jumping jacks) and doing the other half with a lower impact cardio move. Standing knee's to elbow or punches are two that come to mind. Good luck!
