Hey All,
I'm new to the group here & retrying my fitness pal, please check out my profile to learn more of me.
For now, I'm following "IIFYM". I got my macro numbers & calories done by a personal trainer & long time IIFYM gal on FB. I belong to an "IIFYM" group for women on FB. I'm actually going to try and stick to her numbers for 1 month to see if I get results.
BTW, I was to start this months ago but life got busy & I was scared of the numbers but by me not tracking, the numbers probably would not hurt me & it's all in my head, haha. Basically I have nothing to lose but weight. I tried taking numbers low & I don't that was a good idea, made me fail...so I want to do what was given to me & hope it works.
