Eat Clean Recharged

Just curious if anyone else has ever followed the cooler plans in Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Recharged book? I lost about 15lbs last time I was on it and then plateaued because I started weight training. I really found this plan so easy to use because there was absolutely no calorie counting.

I haven't followed it for about 2 years now but I pulled out the book on the weekend and have decided to follow the strictest cooler (meal plan) for a week to give my weight loss stall a boost (its recommended not to follow it for more than 2 weeks), then follow cooler 2 which is how I lost the weight last time. Hopefully I'll be able to hit maintenance quickly.

If you have the book and want to jump on board, I just started today!
