Walk the world group!

Hi guys. BRay was nice enough to suggest I post about my walking group, and see if anyone would like to join. Mainly it is a group of us adding our miles (or steps) together each week and virtually walking around the US. If you walk, run, swim, skip; anything that will add to miles or if you keep track of your steps each day you can join. No particular amount of mileage is required. We also have a spreadsheet so you can track your own miles and see the progress that you make as a individual (as well as the group). Its just a fun way to stay motivated to exercise. If you are interested, just let me know and I will send you a invite to the group!

It's a great group. I joined about 6 weeks ago and it's helping with my biking workouts, I'm up to 30 miles/week. In fact, this week the group is headed to my hometown, Elburn, IL to enjoy our annual festival, Elburn Days. Sweet corn anyone!0

Just thought I'd bump this up for anyone looking to spend some quality time on a treadmill, stationary bike, swimming, etc over the winter. It's motivational to see the progress and share it with others. I've logged over 550 miles since I joined in July and learned about some awesome places to visit on future vacations.
The group is now at Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky.0 -
YEP!!! I"m going to join
Thank~U
