I just read about this program. Have any of you done this?

    I'm not familiar with this particular programme although I am familiar with the benefits of exercise as an aid to maintaining good control. Perhaps you would like to give us more details.

    It is a walk where diabetics and family and friends of diabetics, come together and raise support . It is a program sponsored by American Association for Diabetes. I tried t get a direct link to post here but having issues.......

    I saw it mentioned in an article on diabetes and looked it up. Sounds like it would be worth working for but surprised to not have heard of it before.
