Got Bean super early and walked for an hour 15 minutes then I hit the gym for an hour with our trainer then we took Bean out again for another hour then the boys decided it was too hot then we came home. Tomorrow we will get it done early with no interruptions.

I added a 1.7 mile lunch walk and a quick season-starting 3.3 mile warmup bike ride outdoors to make sure I still remember how to do that. :laugh:

Please start posting your goals over there for May. NOTE, however, that I won't be able to start putting your challenges in the spreadsheet until Dave creates the May list. I am not sure how he does that at the beginning of each month, so that all the totals carry over from one month to the next, etc.0 -
