    April Goal: 25 miles

    My 5K is on Saturday so I don't want to do another long run before then. I was just going to do 2 miles on Thursday. But then I won't hit my miles goal. So I may have to take a couple walks with the family this week!!

    Due to sudden family demands I have not been able to keep up with my mileage the last 10 days. I have changed my goal from 100 to 70 miles, and I surely hope I will get there in the next two days,
    Yesterday = .52 mile3s.
    Today = 8.11 miles.

    April total so far = 61.30.

    Got Bean super early and walked for an hour 15 minutes then I hit the gym for an hour with our trainer then we took Bean out again for another hour then the boys decided it was too hot then we came home. Tomorrow we will get it done early with no interruptions.

    Tuesday - 7.03 miles

    I added a 1.7 mile lunch walk and a quick season-starting 3.3 mile warmup bike ride outdoors to make sure I still remember how to do that. :laugh:

    Please start posting your goals over there for May. NOTE, however, that I won't be able to start putting your challenges in the spreadsheet until Dave creates the May list. I am not sure how he does that at the beginning of each month, so that all the totals carry over from one month to the next, etc.

    I was going to try to get the new spreadsheet page done this morning, but was too busy at work. I made myself a reminder to do it this evening! :smile:
