    lol.
Marla - Finally got the house ready! Hopefully it sells quickly and you can leave this experience behind you,

Sherry - Glad you earned that falafel. I've never had one before so now I'm curious! :)

I slept in yesterday and today, and it felt great! I've also managed to get all my workouts in so far this week. I also took all four kids to Kohls with me because all the kids needed shoes and summer pjs (it's been upper 90s here and they outgrew all their light pjs from last year). I also got hubby a new waffle maker for his birthday...which he loved. It was his birthday yesterday but his party is today. I think this will be a splurge day for me with calories. I just want to relax and enjoy myself with friends tonight. Yesterday we went out to Red Robin. I love that place because they have an Ensanada Chicken platter that. is very low calorie..and absolutely delicious! I had no problems staying in my calorie count.

I hope you all have a happy hump day and April Fools day!

val, you've been busy and productive! Don't you just love striking things off the to-do list?

Well, I had a rough day. It started with ups and downs, but then I was enjoying a run, but it got interrupted not even two miles in and then one thing after another and I never got to continue. :( Just one of those days. Ate some emotions over that and may do some more emotional eating tonight, idk. Hoping tomorrow is better. Meanwhile I'm pretty sore from yesterday's gym session--definitely needed that workout.

Hope everyone is having a good one and you don't get pranked too badly. (A stranger at the park apparently tried to prank me, saying smthg in Greek I think like maybe that smthg had fallen out of my bag or smthg...when I said "excuse me", he realized I was foreign and snapped his finger like "shucks" and said to me in a heavy accent "April fool", lol)

I have been mostly resting and shined up my glass top stove again. It had a few spots I wanted to work on. I don't think I want one again, hard to keep clean. Same with stainless appliances, they get smeared and dusty looking to easy. I am going to go back to white. The material used on them is easier to clean.

Marla, I totally agree about appliances. If I had a housecleaner, whose job it was to polish those things, I might think differently...but for now, it's just me and plain easy-to-clean appliances. :D
