so even without working out this week due to illness my calories have been between 15-1800 per day.. depending on how i felt with being ill and it seems i have maintained. this next week is going to be more accurately counted and see how i get on. to say i have been laid in bed most of the week and only got up 2 days to clean for half hour i have done ok. i have been a little naughty with food choices but i will not dwell on it because i was ill and needed to eat what i wanted rather than needed. so my weight went up from 147-150 last week with water gain and then this week i have stayed the same. gonna keep sticking at it and keeping pushing on.. the scale will move eventually afterall its 2 weeks in! just thought an update should be in order :)

Hey, when you eat enough calories, it's easy to get enough nutrition in and still have plenty of room for enjoyable stuff that may not be nutritious. At those higher levels, having the calories is just as important as what they are.
Lack of adequate energy intake or nutrition intake is not good.

i am still in a position where figuring out my daily calories is priority. i am pretty sure on non exercise days 15-1600 is adequate but i am still discovering what i need on exercise days.

Curious how you'll be able to tell that a level is adequate?

And how you could tell on a day to day basis the difference?
