I hope I am not stepping on anyone's toes by starting the April.thread. I need to get my goal in writing or I won't stick to it.
My goal for April is 20 green days - lots of celebrations in our family this month so I am leaving room to party.

Glad you got it started. My goal for April is 28 green days. There's nothing special going on this month, but I deserve a couple of days to just enjoy a big meal.

I cannot believe I made it Chevy style! I ate at our friend Jonathan's restaurant after church today. The Easter Extravaganza buffet. His desserts aren't GF, but I ate two of everything that was safe for me. (And if I weren't too lazy to walk the dog, I could get that into actual green.)

I've been consistently doing the 30 Day Shred. Although I enjoy it, I'll probably add a little more cardio tomorrow so that I can eat a real burger and fries for dinner.

After weigh in on Friday this week, I'm thinking of dropping my daily calories by 150-200, as I'm well within my daily allowance.0 -

Green: No. Lunch meeting at a place that offered NO "better" choice...I went in with a game plan and everything!
Then I chose some un-wise treats after a sensible dinner. Sometimes...I get in my own way of success!
Anyway, I had an unplanned adventure in the morning - it was called "45 Minute Hunt for my FitBit!"...it involved much pacing, many stairs, and way too much time!!! It did NOT involve any F'Bombs - as that is one of my goals this month for the 3 Things Challenge!!!
@Laughter_Girl---I would say keep trying....I was pretty bad when I tried it as an adult. NOW, I tell myself if I start after commercials and am still going when the next commercial break happens---I can take a take a break! I may have to update my resume! Hula hooped in the morning and I got that good sore feeling in my waist....LOVE it when I can feel waist/ab muscles!!!!0 -
