I have been busy this week, which helps with not overeating. However, yesterday was only saved by walking the dog. I hit personal records on Squats and Deadlifts this week at the gym.0 -

Strength training the last two days. My biceps may be too sore to type tomorrow. (I have been lifting with my hubby recently. He's much more serious than I have been, but it works.) I plan to run tomorrow since I have a 5k on May 3.0 -

4.11: green, 400 m swim
4.12: GREEN! 1.2mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run........ Haines City Ironman 70.3 (my first) complete! Last June I did my first tri after losing over 40# on MFP, it was a 400 m swim, 9 mile bike and 3.1 mile run. What a difference a year makes.

I guess I did some circuit training today. It was a combination of kickboxing, ballet, and strength. I'm sore.

I did two classes today. Pilates and Thighs, Bums and Tums. The latter had a million squats and an lunges. I think I may feel it tomorrow.

I am considering desperate measures....like 3 days of just fruits and veggies. (At this point I would be lucky to make it one day just being green.) Or fasting. Or somethings....I need a reset button for my body. Suggestions?0 -

@k80flec the circuit was Jessica Smith TV. I love her workouts. My mouth is open at you doing 2 classes. Pilates is brutal for me, and the title of the other one sounds scary. You'll definitely feel it tomorrow. Good for you, and way to keep it green!!
@R_Queenie ha, ha, ha, ha. You crack me up. I'm not sure how to reset though. Three days of just fruits and veggies sounds difficult, AND I'm a vegetarian. Ha, ha, ha, ha. I think it just takes willpower and determination. You've done it before, and you can certainly do it again. Just decide that you're going to eat within your calorie range, and it'll be easier than you think. Go get em tiger!!!!0 -

My blender/juicer areived yesterday. I had a beautiful 'Mean Green juice' for vreakfast this morning. Flavoursome and filling.
Can't wait to try out some more recipes and get making som whilesome veggie soups.0 -
