Hi all!

I'm Nicole from not so-sunny London, England!

Really pleased to find this group as I'm looking for Turbofire support/advice!

I start the full programme on Monday, but yesterday completed the Inferno programme...
It full on whacked me back into fitness reality - you should have seen the state of me!! A very sweaty mess!!

BUT the results are in this morning..

154lb(69.85kg) to 146lb (66.2kg)

That's 8lb lost !!

Loving turbofire - would also love any help along the way!!

    I'm doing turbofire =-) and lifting some weights. Just finished a two week hectic schedule and am looking forward to more focus on the work outs!

    I'll keep a look out for you on the weekly threads!

    Ah cool! I chose Turbofire because I wanted to improve my cardiovascular efficiency - i'm terribly unfit atm - but looking at the programme I am a little concerned about the lack of strength exercises... I'll keep my eye out for you too as you may have some advice on weight lifting for me!!

    Is Turbofire all kickboxing (like Tae Bo?) or is it other stuff too?

    It has other exercises in it too. I will post you a video on facebook.
