I had blood work done today and it all came back great. My a1c (sugar) was 7.1 in Jan. down to 6.5 today, was 7.7 in Oct. want it under 5.9 but it is low enough they said no need for diabetic meds. Yeah!!!!!!! She said keep doing what I'm doing :)

    Thanks, I was never on meds. They mentioned metformin but I have been determined to avoid it. So far so good, have to keep it going though.
