I had your protein puree today and it was soooooo good!! I didn't use the spice because I am a wimpy girl, and I don't have any unflavored protein powder. But the rest I made and LOVED it! I was able to feed my daughter, and she liked it too. I do want to add the protein powder, but wanted to know what kind of unflavored protein powder do you use?

Yay!!! I'm glad you liked it!!! I used an egg based paleo protein powder for mine.

Okay, awesome. I will see what I can find to add to it then. Thanks for your response! And yes, it was quite yummy. I can see why you said you lived off that.

So I feel like I missed out on some great info. Any chance you would repeat this yummy protein powder trick?

Kelona, a while back someone posted about what to have during the pureed stage. I had made note when tat2cookie posted that she lived off a concoction she made in her crockpot. Well I finally hit the puree stage and wanted to make this. It is apple chicken sausage links (I got it at the Sprouts meat counter), sweet potatoes, acorn squash, onion, garlic. After that cooks and everything is soft puree it with jerk seasoning (I didn't use it since it is too spicy for me) and a couple scoops of unflavored protein powder. I made it last night and REALLY liked it. I think this will be a staple in my house from now on. I need to get some unflavored protein powder to put in it next time.

You might want to shrink that image a bit.

No, that's exactly how I wanted that picture. Thank you for your input though.

I only said that because it's gigantic on my screen and breaks the formatting of the forums. But if that's what you were going for, okay!
