So I haven't been online much on this group and hadn't been online on MFP in a while. Stress and my health issues overtook me and sadly I gained all the weight that I had lost. I'm on day four of being under calorie goal and worked out for an hour yesterday and the day before. I'm taking a break today as my back is twinging and I don't want to over do it. Things feel much easier this time around since my husband is eating the same things as me and I'm enjoying all the food im eating so much.

Today i went to do groceries with my mom and we were both needing to eat and she decided lets go to GK's(This greek type place) for a sub. And I was like okay subs are healthy. walked in and they had no chicken, no wholewheat option and the only vegetable option was lettuce tomato and onion. I should have convinced my mom to go to subway lol.
Other than that I'm doing pretty well. I have trouble exercising right now because I'm stuck in the house due to the snow we recently got(I dont have any winter boots, my pair just broke).
Just filled the refrigerator with even more vegetables and healthy meats and it just makes me feel accompllished. And after I was done hubby was like can we have a snack? And I was like sure. and we sat down and shared a can of sardines and I had a cup of salad and he had it with two slices of whole wheat bread and butter(can be hard to fully break him of bad eating habits lol at least he mainly eats healthy XD)0 -
