I highly recommend Yoga for the Rest of Us and Yoga for Arthritis with Peggy Cappy. She has several different videos and they are modified so anyone can do them. A lot of them are sitting in a chair. I can't lay on my back due to bulging disks in my spine and a rotated hip. It also hurts to do floor exercises because of my fibro, my skin is highly sensitive and feels bruised. I can do her exercises, they are easy on the joints, and help with flexibility.1
