For me, healthy eating is impossible without a weekly trip to the grocery store, armed with a list of power foods. Here are my 10 must-haves, tell me yours!

an alternating veggie to roast (brussel sprouts, fennel, broccoli, asparagus)

bananas
eggs
Strong & Kind almond bars
cottage cheese
Greek yogurt
chicken (to roast on Sunday, for protein thoughout the week)

Tortillas - sometimes corn sometimes lower calorie flour
I keep bananas stocked up in the freezer and stock up on protein bars and powders and stock up on frozen veggies ....so those aren't weekly purchases

Then I add in beans(pinto, black, garbanzo), lentil soups,corn tortillas, more veggies like carrots and frozen broccoli florets.
